Building a definitive case study resource for the Australia India corridor

The Australia-India business corridor continues to grow through trade partnerships, investment, and sector collaboration. The AusInd Case Studies initiative brings these developments together through real business stories, insights and lived commercial experiences across both markets. We were engaged to transform this 300-plus page research collection into a publication and website that people can read, reference and work with in practice. The focus was on usability, structure and credibility across both print and digital formats.
- Translate a large research body into a clear and usable publication
- Design a 300 plus page business case book with structured editorial flow
- Curate each case for accuracy, consistency and narrative clarity
- Create a digital platform to improve discoverability, access and long term relevance
- Digital Platforms

Editorial structure shaped for clarity
We worked closely with contributors and project partners to define how each case would be organised and presented. Content was structured around context, challenge, approach and outcome, helping readers move through stories smoothly while still accessing depth where required.
The book reads as a cohesive body of work rather than a collection of isolated entries.
A visual language designed for longevity
The visual system was developed to feel contemporary, formal and accessible for business, policy and academic audiences. Typographic hierarchy, layout grids and colour structure support extended reading while maintaining clarity and composure.
The same direction was extended to digital to retain continuity across formats.
A website that extends reach and usability
Alongside the printed publication, we designed and built a dedicated website to make the case studies easier to search, reference and share. The platform allows broader access across industry networks, institutions and research environments, while also supporting future additions and evolving work.
Increased digital access and readership through the dedicated online platform.
Increased time spent per case with clearer structure and narrative flow.
Improved usability and readability across print and digital formats.
Higher return visits as users revisited and cross referenced case material.
Stronger stakeholder confidence in the compendium as a credible reference.
Wider adoption of the publication across industry, policy and academic networks.
